dude… this guy is fucking nuts!

3x5x5 @ z5 + 3×2′ @ lt/90-95 rpm + 2×2′ @ lt/80-85 rpm. the workout is quite hard, especially its very beginning. i will review it, lowering the amount of time spent in the vo2max zone, otherwise i’ll die after the middle of the 2nd interval. maybe 5x3x3 would be better. tomorrow, a ride with the peloton and then _a sunday in hell_ [0,1] – heheh…
