twisting the wrist!

and the season has begun! races at phillip island are always thrilling and fun to watch. tom sykes struggled there as usual, unlike his teammate, who dominated both races. rea’s pass on the outside right after chaz’s overtake on the penultimate lap of the 1st race was not only superb but a very brave move! (sadly, chaz tried the same in the 2nd race and crashed.) and my thoughts about nicky hayden: give him a good ride and he can make it to the top 8 easily.

glad to see anthony west riding! despite being a wildcard, it’s good to hear from him. and kudos to krumenacher: now that the category no longer counts on traction control, i believe he felt like home on top of his zx-6r. (funny that seeing sofuoglu crashing didn’t surprise me: the season he lost to alex lowes was full of ups and downs like the one we saw yesterday.)

heading to thailand!
